Lynne Schenkel’s Brisket Recipe

Brisket

For every two pounds of brisket, you will need tow cans of whole berry cranberry sauce and one envelope of onion soup mix. 

Mix cranberry sauce and onion soup mix and put on bottom of roasting pan. 

Preheat oven to 325°

Put brisket in pan fat side up on top of mixture.

Cover tightly with foil.

Cook 1 hour per pound or more until fork-tender.

Make sure roasting pan is tightly covered.
